Roof Inspections
Thermal roof inspection uses high‑resolution infrared imaging to quickly reveal issues that are invisible to the naked eye. By flying a drone over the roof, we capture detailed thermal data that highlights trapped moisture, wet insulation, heat loss, and potential water ingress points. This allows building owners and facility managers to prioritise repairs, reduce unnecessary invasive testing, and extend the life of the roof while minimising disruption to operations.
This also reduces the need for expensive scaffolding, and dangerous work-at-height.

Less time, Reduced Costs, Increased Safety
Drone inspections capture a full roof in minutes, delivering up to 5× faster results than traditional ladder or scaffold-based methods, with far less disruption on site.

Leak Detection
Leak detection works very differently on pitched roofs compared to flat roofs, and our approach reflects that. On angled roofs, we use high‑resolution drone imagery to quickly identify obvious weak points such as cracked tiles, damaged flashings, and poorly detailed valleys, so likely leak sources can be targeted without scaffolding or guesswork.

Minimal Disruption
On flat roofs, water can travel unseen through insulation and deck voids, so we combine drone thermal imaging to highlight wet areas with optical inspection. This gives you a clear, evidence-based view of where water is entering the system, reduces unnecessary opening-up, and helps plan repairs that actually fix the problem rather than just treating the symptoms.
